The Overbury is a timeless painted piece, carefully handcrafted in our workshops using sustainably sourced solid maple. It features four elegant hand turned legs and two solid oak dovetailed drawers using the highest quality under mounted soft close concealed runners.

Choose any paint colour from any UK brand, just pop a note of which you'd like when asked in the options.

If an under mount basin option is chosen the top drawer front will be false to allow room to house the basin in the unit. If you have selected this option please use the 'Add a Note' function at the checkout to let us know if you are opting for wall mounted or deck mounted taps - as this will affect the depth of your vanity unit and where we position the basin cut out in the counter top.

If the quartz or marble option are selected in this listing, a 20mm counter top and h80mm upstand would be included as standard ~ both finished with our standard 'aris'profile. The vanity unit is pictured has our 30mm counter top with ogee profile which is an upgrade available (you can find this option in your basket under the 'Additional Bespoke Options' header).

The following sized ceramic round basin will be provided if the counter top basin option is selected in the product listing

~ Circa 360mm in diameter for w600mm and wider vanities with our standard depth of 450mm (and any bespoke depth greater than 400mm).
~ Circa 320mm in diameter for w550mm and w500mm vanities with a depth of 400mm and 450mm.
~ Circa 320mm in diameter for units with a bespoke depth greater than 365mm and less than 400mm.
~ Circa 280mm in diameter for units with a bespoke depth of less than 365mm.

You are more than welcome to source your own counter top basin. This doesn't need to be sent to our workshop, but if you need us to make your vanity unit to anything other than our standard counter top vanity unit depth of d450mm please use the 'Add a Note' function at the checkout to let us know. There is no additional charge for a bespoke depth request.

Our basins do not have an overflow therefore you will require a 1 1/4 inch / 32mm unslotted waste. Waste connections are not included due to the variety of finishes available on the market.
If the undermounted basin option is chosen in the product listing, an oval ceramic under mounted basin(s) will be supplied. The size of the basin(s) will be proportionate to the dimensions of the vanity unit ~ we offer three different sized basins, small, medium and large.

Our smaller basins measure circa W375mm x D245mm and are placed in:

~ any single basin vanity unit less than W700mm; and

~ any double basin vanity unit less than W1400mm.

Our vanity units housing smaller basins and built to suit deck mounted taps are D500mm.

With wall mounted taps, the depth reduces to D450mm to ensure the tap reaches the basin!

Our medium sized basins measure circa W425mm x D335mm and are placed in:

~ any single basin vanity between W700mm and W800mm; and

~ any double basin vanity between W1400mm and W1600mm.

Our vanity units housing medium sized basins and built to suit deck mounted taps are D550mm.

With wall mounted taps, the depth reduces to D500mm.

L A R G E B A S I N S

Our large sized basins measure circa W495mm x D345mm and are placed in:

~ any single basin vanity unit W850mm or wider; and

~ any double basin vanity unit W1700mm or wider.

Our vanity units housing larger basins and built to suit deck mounted taps are D550mm.

And with wall mounted taps the depth reduces to D500mm accordingly.

Please ensure you 'Add a Note' at the checkout to let us know if you are opting for deck mounted or wall mounted taps so we know how deep to build your vanity unit. If you don't yet know, please email us as soon as you do.

The standard height of our under mount basin units is W870mm (including quartz) or 880mm (if a solid oak counter top is chosen).

Our under mounted basins feature a built in overflow, we would recommend that this is placed at the front of unit so it isn't visible. You will need to purchase a 1 1/4 inch or 32mm slotted waste.

Basin connections are not included due to the variety of finishes available on the market.
Our range of counter tops can be viewed online here. All of our counter tops are finished with an 'aris' profile as standard. If you would like to upgrade to an 'ogee' profile, you can add that to your basket here.

Counter top samples are available on request (subject to availability from our suppliers), with the exception of our Carrara Marble. Being a natural product, the tones and veining may vary considerably in each piece and thus may not be representative of what you receive. Please email to hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk to request your samples.

A complimentary h80mm rectangular upstand is provided as standard with all of our quartz and marble counter tops. Bespoke height upstands can be purchased here and scalloped upstands here. Both options are available with an 'aris' or 'ogee' profile.

If you need to order a bespoke piece of matching quartz or marble with your vanity unit, perhaps to cover a built in toilet or a windowsill, or may be you would like a shelf, please use this listing and choose the closet size available (please upsize rather than downsize). You will need to use the 'Add a Note' function at the checkout to let us know edges will be visible and therefore need to be polished.
