We don't believe in nasty surprises at the checkout, so delivery to England & Wales is free and built into the cost of our vanity units.

We do ship to Scotland, Northern Ireland and The Republic of Ireland, additional fees will apply and will be calculated at the checkout once your address has been inputted into the system.

Please read the information below with regards to shipping to the Republic of Ireland.

We are happy to ship outside of the UK, please contact us for a quotation. We will need to know the quantity and sizes of your vanity units.
​
Your location and timing of delivery will dictate if your vanity unit is dispatched via a same day courier or via the national pallet network.
​
Delivery will be arranged with you in advance once your vanity unit is ready to leave us and you will be informed which method it is being sent by.

DELIVERY VIA THE PALLET NETWORK
The delivery vehicles are typically large, so please inform us well in advance if there are any access issues to your home, for example, narrow winding country lanes, low bridges, tight gateways etc. We can request a smaller vehicle but just need to know in advance.

We offer an all-day delivery service; however, we do ask that the drivers call 30 minutes prior to arrival to give you as much flexibility in your day as possible.
Your cabinetry will be off loaded using a pallet truck. If there is not suitable access to you front door, the pallet will be left as close as possible. So please be prepared, in the worst case, for a kerb side delivery. It is good practice to have a strong able-bodied person there to help. Please note we are unable to bring any items inside your home due to insurance purposes.
Our cabinetry is carefully packaged with foam and shrink wrap but should not be left outside in inclement weather in case of damage.
All items in the order should be carefully inspected on delivery and in the rare case of any damage, please ensure they are reported to us at hello@holly-oak-house.co.uk within 24 hours to ensure we can make a claim with our couriers. We regret we are unable to compensate for any damage if more than 24 hours has passed.
When unwrapping your cabinetry, please be careful if using sharp objects as they have the potential to damage the timber and paintwork. For further information on aftercare, please click here.
DELIVERY VIA OUR COURIER SERVICE
The delivery vehicles can be large (up to 7.5 tonne), so please inform us well in advance if there are any access issues to your home, for example, narrow winding country lanes, low bridges, tight gateways etc.

We offer an all-day delivery service; however, we do ask that the drivers call 30 minutes prior to arrival to give you as much flexibility in your day as possible.
Your cabinetry will be off loaded by our driver by hand. As stated in our terms and conditions, please ensure there is strong able-bodied person there to assist our driver. If there is not suitable access to your ground floor hallway, the cabinetry will be left as close as possible. Please note we are unable to carry any items beyond your hallway for insurance purposes.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THE UK
We do ship to The Republic of Ireland, please use code EXPORT20 at the checkout to offset the UK VAT (charged at 20% of the final sale price) (shipping is calculated here too).
